How do I cancel my subscription, disconnect Planning Center, or remove my account?

Cancel your Adjace Subscription

To cancel your Adjace subscription, navigate to your Adjace administration center via the cog icon in the upper right corner.  Go to the subscription tab and click cancel.

Disconnect your Adjace from Planning Center and Remove your Account

To disconnect your Adjace from Planning Center and remove your account, first cancel your adjace subscription.  After your subscription is cancelled, you can continue using your Adjace till the end of the subscription period, or you can cancel immediately.  Click the Cancel Immediately link.

After cancelling your subscription immediately, you will see a "remove your church's account" link.  Click that link...

...and then answer "yes" to the "are you sure" prompt.

When you remove your account, we remove all of your data from the Adjace database, including administrator accounts, e-mail addresses, people data, connections to Planning Center, and payment information.  

What if I want back in?

Because Adjace is so easy to set up, if you later change your mind and want to use Adjace again, you can simply follow the "New Church" link again and recreate your account.  It takes only a few seconds to be back up and running again.
