Here are a few reasons why your Planning Center synchronization may have failed:
- The access token for Planning Center has expired or could not be refreshed. Tokens are refreshable for 90 days, if no synchronization happens during that time, the next synchronization will fail. Authorize Adjace once more to access Planning Center. Synchronizing must occur at least once in a 90 day period.
- The administrator who authorized Adjace to access Planning Center has had his privileges downgraded. View authorized administrators in Adjace settings under the "Users" tab.
- An administrator who authorized Adjace to access Planning Center has had his Planning Center access revoked. Regain access to the Planning Center administrator account to authorize Adjace to access Planning Center once more.
- Planning Center access to Adjace was revoked in the church's Planning Center account under the "Authorized Apps" tab.
