Yes. Adjace can show a WhatsApp link next to phone numbers in the directory and on the Celebrations tab, so folks can start a WhatsApp chat from a listed number.
A system administrator has to turn the feature on for your organization:
- Go to Settings.
- Open the Layout/Content tab and click Edit Layout/Contents.
- Under Display Phone Numbers, select Display WhatsApp.
After that, the WhatsApp icon appears in the Directory and on the Celebrations tab wherever phone numbers are shown.
